RemCam

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 11 June 2026

What we collect

This website is a static site and sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics. When you buy RemCam, checkout is handled by Paddle, our merchant of record, who collect the billing details needed to process the order under Paddle's privacy policy. From Paddle we receive your email address, order details, and transaction identifiers - the minimum needed to issue your licence and provide support.

Licensing data

When you activate the Software, our licensing service records your licence key identifier, a hardware identifier of the activated server, and activation timestamps. This is used solely to enforce licensing and to support deactivation, reactivation, and replacement keys.

How long we keep it

Order and licensing records are retained for as long as the licence is supported, and as required for tax and accounting law.

Sharing

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties, except Paddle (payment processing) and as required by law.

Your rights

You can request a copy or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by emailing support@remcam.software. Deletion requests are honoured except where records must be kept by law or are needed to maintain your active licence.

Web server logs

Our web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL) for security and operations. Logs are rotated and not used for profiling.
