Terms of Service
Last updated: 11 June 2026
1. Who we are
RemCam ("the Software") is published by RemCam.Software ("we", "us"). Orders are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"), who act as merchant of record for all purchases. Paddle's own buyer terms apply to the payment transaction.
2. Licence grant
Subject to payment, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use one copy of the Software per purchased licence, on one server per licence. Perpetual licences cover the product generation current at purchase; annual licences remain valid while the subscription is active.
3. Activation
The Software requires activation against our licensing service and binds each licence to the activated server's hardware. You may deactivate and reactivate on replacement hardware as described in the activation guide.
4. Restrictions
You may not resell, sublicense, rent, or provide the Software as a hosted service to third parties; circumvent licence enforcement; or reverse engineer the Software except where permitted by law.
5. Updates and support
Annual licences include updates while active. Perpetual licences include updates for the purchased product generation. Support is provided by email on a reasonable-efforts basis.
6. Warranty and liability
The Software is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the licence in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including under the Australian Consumer Law.
7. Termination
We may terminate the licence if you materially breach these terms and do not remedy the breach within 14 days of notice. On termination you must stop using the Software.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Australian courts.
